At first I have a bad experience.
I ordered SMK Alterra M size off road helmet at 10th June.
They delivered me SMK Alterra L size off road helmet at 16th June.
I called them but no response. Sent a mail to their mail id but still no response. I don't wanted that item to be refunded. Just need replacement.
There was minor scratches.
Rubber outlines are teared.
& The big issue is it's used product. That I feel.
They sent me this product in a axor box with very bad condition.
And the last thing is price. They showing this product on there website 5900+shipping total - 6130/- I paid.
In our local market large are available in 5300/-
