Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibilty Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1. Manufacturing Defects: Returns accepted for confirmed defects.

2. Transit Damage: Returns accepted for items damaged during shipping.

Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us customercare@motomodz.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [ Moto Modz No 4A, 3rd Main Road, Bharathi Nagar, Katpadi, Vellore, TN-632006] 
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Products like Helmets,Riding Gears( please check and confirm the size before placing an order these items strickly not accepted for replacement if the size is not fitting and we do this because of bad experience in the past orders), stickers, Lubricants, and oils often fall under the category of items subject to wear and tear, which typically means they don't have a return policy due to their nature of use and potential for degradation and some of the products are not eligible for return. Please contact us before ordering if you have any queries .

  • Incorrect Pin Code:

    • If a package is returned due to an incorrect pin code provided by the customer, we'll reach out to confirm the accurate details before dispatching again.
  • Re-Dispatching:

    • Upon confirmation of the correct pin code, we'll promptly dispatch the package to the updated address.
  • Refund Option:

    • Should the customer prefer a refund instead, they're responsible for covering the courier charges incurred for the return.
  • Deduction and Refund:

    • We'll deduct the courier charges from the total order amount and refund the remaining balance to the customer's original payment method.

Partial COD Orders

If your order is placed using the Partial COD (Cash on Delivery) payment method, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

This policy is clearly mentioned on our checkout page before completing the order.

Please note that when Partial COD orders are returned, we incur double shipping charges from our logistics partners. To prevent such situations, we highly recommend choosing any of the prepaid payment methods for a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, We will check the received item and dispatch new product.


Refund Timeline 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
